Lucine Torosian serves as the Fellowship Programs Coordinator in the UCLA Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine. She has more than ten years of experience in graduate medical education, all in the same department. She worked in the Anesthesiology Education Office while completing her undergraduate studies at UCLA. After earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, she began her career as the Medical Student Education Coordinator. She collaborated with program leadership to develop new curricula and offer additional fellowship programs, priding herself of the multitude of top-notch programs available today. She enjoys problem solving and continuous process improvement as well as using social media as a tool for staying connected, building a sense of community and camaraderie, and promoting a healthy, safe, inclusive, and supportive culture.
