Kathy Bauer, MEd

Kathleen (Kathy) Bauer, MEd is the Administrator for the Anesthesiology Residency and Fellowships at Cleveland Clinic. Kathy holds a Masters of Education in Adult Learning and Development from Cleveland State University and a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology from Ohio Northern University. She has worked within the Graduate Medical Education field for over four years and has helped contribute to GME and Anesthesiology Education programs in a variety of fashions, such as: overall technology/systems strategy, development of training opportunities, learning management system (LMS) development/redesign, composition of program applications and Program Coordinator development. Kathy is an active member of Cleveland Clinic’s GME Program Advisory Council where she collaborates with other Education Administrators on global changes, projects and opportunities for all programs. Kathy helps run the Education Committee with the Vice Chair of Education and is also an active participant in various committees and projects within the Anesthesiology programs. Kathy has worked on a variety of MyLearning LMS curriculum developments and is interested in continuing to improve and promote additional educational opportunities for Anesthesiology residents and fellows through online modules, simulation offerings and modified OSCE sessions.
