Brief Candidate Statement:

The last several years of my career, as the Program Director and Vice Chair of Education, have been quite exciting and rewarding. At UNC, our team of educators have helped us introduce several innovative programs to enhance resident education. The experiences I have gained along the way have helped me advance organizational as well as administrative skills. Through my involvement with the SAAAPM, as the AACPD Councilor the last couple of years, and with the ABA, on the OSCE committee, I have come to learn about the importance of these organizations and how they continue to push the bar towards higher standards of education and training for our residents and trainees. SAAAPM and AACPD provide an excellent networking platform that enables cross-pollination and exchange of ideas. I am hoping that through your vote I will once again have the opportunity to contribute to this very important cause. Thank you for considering.
